3-XL usage
Shake tub well before use. As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (19.6 grams) in 250ml of water, and consume within 30 minutes after exercise or physical activity.
On non-training days, mix one scoop into eight ounces of water, and consume one serving following your morning or afternoon meal. Remember, as with all supplements, "more is better" is not always a good idea. The 3-XL creatine supplement is engineered to work with a single dose taken each day.
