Agaricus Bisporus is an extract of the white button mushroom. These polysaccharides have been shown to act upon the aromatase enzyme via multiple pathways so as to cripple any estrogenic response to a new abundance of free circulating "Test".

Hesperitin appears to work by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, thus reducing excess "Test" to estrogen conversion and allowing more of the desired "Test" to be available for the receptors.
