Recommended Usage
Mix 2-3 scoops with 500ml of water or juice and consume as follows; one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout.
Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance. Do not exceed more than 4 scoops in a 24 hour period. For best results, once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - minimum of 6-8 glasses of water daily.
Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. This product contains caffeine. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine, which may intensify adverse effects. If you are under medical supervision, please consult a doctor before use. Consult a doctor before use if you have or have had kidney disease. DO not use this product if you have diabetes, hyperglycemia or hypoglycaemia. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
