Recommended Usage
For greater training results, take 3-4 capsules 20 minutes before training. Or for general muscle hardness, take 3 capsules throughout the day, (no more). Take only with food, e.g. 1 capsule, 3-4 times daily. For best results take with carbohydrate foods.
Caution: A warm or flushing feeling may occur with this product. This is a temporary and harmless effect which is caused by the increased circulation to the skin surface. Always take with food.
