Recommended Usage
Pre exercise: Mix 1 scoop (50g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Drink over 60 minutes. Stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training.
During exercise (Isotonic): Mix 2/3 scoop (30g) in 500ml of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Drink regularly during exercise to replace lost fluids. You should start drinking as soon as exercise begins. For best results, you need 30-60g of Viper for every hour of exercise.
After exercise (Hypertonic): Mix 1.5 scoops (75g) in 500ml of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Drink within 15 minutes of finishing exercise.
Replacing lost fluids, electrolytes and carbohydrates immediatley after exercise will help you recover faster.
