Yield: 6 servings
1 lb smoked Bluefish
1 Tbs horseradish
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs dried parsley flakes
Skin the bluefish, remove any bones, and place the meat in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Place in a serving bowl or mould and garnish. Serve chilled
