4 lbs pork back ribs
2 Tbs paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp red pepper
1- 1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp oregano leaves
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Combine seasonings together well and rub on all surfaces of ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1-1/2 hours.
