Add these dishes to make a full meal:
Persian Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Lime-Mint Dressing
Yield: 2 servings
2 lbs pork back ribs
1 Tbs creamy peanut butter
1 Tbs curry powder
1 Tbs soya sauce
1 Tbs cooking oil
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup orange juice
Sauce:
In medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, curry powder, soya sauce, oil, catsup and orange juice. Beat until smooth.
Ribs:
Place ribs on shallow baking pan. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350 degree F. oven for 1-1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut into 2-3 rib portions to serve.
