Add these dishes to make a full meal:
Yield: 6 servings
2 slabs pork baby back ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tbs ground coriander
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp red chile flakes
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Salt and pepper to taste
In blender container blend all ingredients except ribs until smooth. Spread paste evenly on ribs. Roast in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 1-1/2 hours until ribs are tender.
