Power Shake

Recipe Image

This shake produces lots of ooohs and aaahs as little fingers hit the blender button. Children think it’s fun to see the bright pink colours they create in this easy breakfast or snack drink. Little do they know it’s also providing them with vitamin C, vitamin A and other key nutrients for energy and health. To freeze bananas, first peel them and wrap in plastic wrap before stashing in the freezer.
