Frequently Asked Questions

Can my order be left in a safe place if I am not there to sign for it?

To safeguard your order and to enable us to obtain a Proof-of-Delivery, we normally require a signature upon each delivery. If however you are happy to take responsibility for your parcel, you may leave written instructions for it to be left in a safe place or with a next door neighbour.

To instruct the delivery company to leave your parcel as desired, leave a message on your door which is visible to the delivery driver. This note should be signed and dated and will be taken away as proof of delivery.

Alternatively, if you know you are not going to be in to sign for your order and you don't want to leave it safe, consider having your order delivered to a different address which is more convenient, such as a work address. At least you'll have peace of mind and there'll be someone to sign for it.
