I want to send my order to a different address.


It is no problem to have your order sent to a different address than your billing address if you prefer. When you are ready to place your order, simply enter your delivery address details as directed and ensure this is confirmed during the checkout process.

If your order has already left our warehouse and is currently on it's way to you, it is not possible to change your delivery address details. This requires a redirection service which involves contacting our courier company, locating your parcel and possibly moving it to a different delivery van. The cost for this redirection service is £5.95.
