Frequently Asked Questions

What are Yellow Cards?

If you are out when a delivery is attempted then the driver (Parceline Couriers) will leave a yellow card. Delivery will be automatically attempted the following day. If you are able to receive the delivery then you do not need to do anything further.

However, if you know that you are unable to receive the delivery next day, please phone the number on the card to arrange a convenient delivery day in the next seven days. Deliveries will only be attempted twice, before additional charges will be made for each successive failed delivery.

Alternatively you can arrange for your delivery to be left in a safe location or have it delivered to a different address, in which case a redirection charge will apply. If you prefer, you can make arrangements to pick up your parcel from the local depot. Two forms of ID will be required.
