Recommended Usage
Mix one and a half scoops (25g) with 250ml-300ml of water and gently mix for 30 seconds until diluted. Drink on an empty stomach.
On training days suggest one serving mid-morning, second serving 45 minutes before training on an empty stomach.
On non training days take one serving per day as recommended above.
Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Suggest stop use for 2 weeks every 6 weeks.
