Recommended Usage
Add 11/2 scoops to 300ml of cool water and stir or shake in hand held shaker (do not blend in an electric blender). Take two servings per day.
Pre workout: Take one serving 30-45 minutes before a workout.
Post workout: Take one serving immediately after workout.
Rest days: On rest days, have two servings, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Hydration: Always maintain a healthy level of hydration when using creatine products by drinking at least 8 - 10 large glasses of water per day.
