Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 6 tablets with a full glass of water aproximately 30 minutes before workouts (weight trainign or cardiovascular exercise) On non training days, take 3 tablets before morning and afternoon meals, for a total of 6 tablets daily. TO EXPERIENCE QUICKER (AND MORE PROFOUND) RESULTS,
take 9 tablets 30 minutes before a workout.
Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4 hour period
