Recommended Usage
- Take 400ml of chilled water.
- Add 2 scoops of powder (to the water).
- Cover and shake vigorously for 5 - 10 seconds or until smooth.
- Consume two to three times per day.
- Drink immediately after intense exercise.
- Take in addition to your meals as part of your regular diet.
IMPORTANT:
1) This product has a low glycaemic index and is therefore compatible with the GI Diet.
2) This product is not intended for use as your sole source of nutrition; it is intended for use only as part of an energy-restricted, balanced and varied diet.
3) Keep out of reach of children.
