Recommended Usage
You can drink Met-RX Protein Plus at any time of the day or night to increase your overall protein intake and provide you with all the necessary nutrients to support your training and recovery.
Simply add 2 scoops to 200ml water, skimmed milk or your favorite juice and either mix in a shaker or blender. For best results and maximum protein absorption, use 2-3 times per day, ideally immediately after exercise, or in between meals as a convenient, healthy snack.
