Recommended Usage
Combine the contents of the packet with 16 oz of cold water or skimmed milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you want. Blend for 1 minute for a rich, creamy shake. For a thick milkshake-like consistency, add 4-6 ice cubes and mix in an electric blender.
Lean Body Low Carb can be used any time of day to supplement your diet and increase your protein intake, however it’s recommended that you use it after workouts for maximum absorption or in-between meals 2-3 times per day.
