Extreme Whey is a blend of 2 cold processed microfiltered whey concentrates and whey isolate which is easy to drink and easy to digest. Whey Isolate is 90% pure protein by weight and is the purest and most expensive form of whey protein that exists.

Extreme Whey usage
Protein consumption is essential and should be a part of every meal. It is most important upon waking, immediately after training and again last thing before bed.
We recommend you consume Extreme Whey at these times and due to its fast rate of absorption possibly consuming more between meals if you wish to significantly increase your protein intake.
Required serving size can vary between individuals and their goals. For muscle maintenance and for endurance athletes a regular serving size (34g – 1 x 90ml round scoop) is fine.
For strength athletes and bodybuilders or those with a larger or very muscular physique a bigger serving may be required. For female athletes the recommended serving size will be sufficient.
