For regular supplementation following normal athletic training routines take one heaped teaspoonful (5gm) dissolved in a glass of juice immediately after training. For maximum effect take up to two heaped teaspoonsful (10gm) with a protein shake between meals or dissolved in a glass of juice, i.e. twice a day, ideally on an empty stomach.
