A2 Pump 120 capsules usage
Take 3 capsules twice daily. On training days, take 1 serving (3 capsules) with 12 ounces of water, 12 minutes prior to training and 1 serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving (3 capsules) in the a.m. and another serving in the p.m. ArgiLean™ can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal.
