Muscle Fuel STS is high quality meal replacement that contains an optimal ratio of protein to carbohydrates for maintenance of a positive nitrogen balance and glycogen replenishment.
Fast and slow release protein blend
Each delicious shake packs 44g of protein from a blend of both fast and slow released proteins; this blend contains whey isolate and concentrate, calcium caseinate, soy isolate and egg albumin. Plus it's naturally high in amino acids, including branched chain ammo acids which have a highly anti-catabolic effect which is further assisted by the addition of L-GLN.

Muscle Fuel STS usage
As a dietary supplement, add 2 heaped scoops to 400ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily (servings may be halved). For even higher calories in the form of extra protein and carbs you could use fat free milk instead of water.
