Unlike some products on the market it includes a “vitamin and mineral blend” to support anabolic development to molecular level, in fact because of the quality of the ingredients, many users take WHEY-GAIN? in place of what are known as “Meal Replacements”, which can just be too expensive to take two or three times a day!
Recommended Use: Add 100g (4 level scoops) to 1 pint (568ml) of cold skimmed milk, blend, ready for use. Use one serving between meals, half a serving immediately after workout and another half serving at bedtime. (This formula is highly concentrated and you may wish to use ½ servings, 3 or 4 times a day).
